Jendzio’s award winning work has been exhibited in the Southeast and Midwest, including: The St. Petersburg Centre for the Arts in St. Petersburg FL; and has work in the permanent collection of The Museum of Arts and Sciences, Daytona Beach FL. She has degrees in Fine Arts from the University of Florida and Northern Illinois University as well as degrees in Physical Education which contribute to the artist’s expression of a kinetic feeling in her artwork.
Jendzio’s combination of sheer luminosity and opacity create vibrant tension allowing the underlying images in her artwork to take on a life of their own. The subject matter becomes her means to express the need and desire to move. The painting expresses the struggle for existence.
